• Advancing IT strategy development and stewardship
• Aligning IT governance processes
• Supporting enterprise VCU IT investment committee reviews
• Overseeing the IT project portfolio and PMO
• Providing project management services for key initiatives
• Leading workforce optimization and change management efforts
• Managing IT-related RFP processes
• Coordinating IT audit and compliance activities
