SOM students are primarily supported by the VCU IT Helpdesk and SOMTech Academic Technology Services unit, who are here to offer the support you need to get started. We can assist you with questions about the eCurriculum, iClicker, student laptop requirements, or help using the interactive Learning Studios.
Our office is on the 2nd floor of MMEC, located behind the theater in room 2-308. Please feel free to ask us questions regarding your computing needs for your education.
Questions about email, Office365, printing, connecting to wireless, or using your eID, can be resolved by contacting the VCU IT Help Desk at 828-2227.
